Cor Dücker
Erasmus Capital Partners was founded in 2017 by Cor Dücker. After having worked for over 20 years for larger banking groups in various European countries, he decided to start offering his network and expertise as an independent consultant to facilitate the connection of Italian capital and investment opportunities to international investors.
Cor has over 25 years of international experience in wealth and asset management (in Générale de Banque, ABN AMRO, Intesa Sanpaolo and Kempen) and a background in both investment management and business development, covering all client segments and asset classes. He is fluent in 5 languages (Dutch, English, German, French and Italian) and has an extensive international network of senior professionals, especially in Italy. Furthermore, he has a proven track record in international business development without brand support and in building sustainable client relationships. Cor holds a Master's Degree in Business Economics, with a specialisation in Investment Theory of Tilburg University. Currently he gives lectures on Asset Management and Impact Investments at the Master's program of the University of Tilburg and the Collegio Carlo Alberto (Turin University).
Marco de Rossi
Marco joined the team as senior advisor. Marco has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, investment and asset management. Starting in an Italian primary construction company he then continued in Sisal, Pirelli Real Estate and NH Hotels. He has deep and transversal experience on all types of real estate assets with particular focus on hotels and resorts. He completed the construction of 300k+ sqm of commercial, residential and hospitality developments as well as two of the best golf resort communities in Europe. He structured and executed some of the most important real estate and corporate transactions in Italy for 3bn€+ value as well as the acquisition of two upscale hotel’s chains. He managed numerous real estate commercial portfolios in joint venture with institutional investors such as Peabody, MSREI, RREEF, JPM and participated in structuring the first real estate retail funds quoted at the Milan Stock Exchange.
Dr. Martin Watschinger
Martin joined Erasmus Capital Partners as senior advisor. As an economist with over 30 years of experience in marketing consultancy, project development, asset management and the structuring of commercial real estate portfolios with a primary focus on tourism such as hotels and outlet centres. Martin is specialised in development of projects such as hotels & outlet centres, marketing and business consultancy, structuring and enhancement of real estate portfolios (lease, sale), Cross-border networks with particular attention to Italy, Greece and South-Eastern Europe and the support to banking institutions regarding, and secured non-performing loans. Having been involved in numerous hotel transactions all over Italy, Martin has developed a deep understanding of the Italian hospitality market.
Marco Marzorati
Marco joined Erasmus Capital Partners as senior advisor. He has over 25 years of experience advising M&A transactions in Italy and abroad and as CEO and entrepreneur in the hospitality sector. He is a chartered accountant and auditor and is owner of the renown accountancy firm Studio Marzorati in Milan.
Didier Duret
Didier has joined Erasmus Capital Partners as a Senior Advisor to work on strategic international projects.
Didier was the CIO of ABN Amro Private Banking since 2005 to January 2019. He ran the Global Investment Committee since its inception in 2003 and had broad oversight of USD 200 billion in a large variety of assets classes. He is amember of the Board of Directors at Neuflize Life Insurance and was a Member of ABN AMRO Investment Solutions Supervisory Board from 2010 to December 2018. He acts as independent asset management advisor to family offices, asset management companies and foundations. His area of excellence is investment policy formulation and governance for asset management and asset ownership. He has 30 years of experience in investments mainly with ABN AMRO, UBS and Paribas Asset Management.
He has intervened regularly in leadership and professional training at INSEAD and Cambridge Judge Business School of Management and in areas of virtual teams and Investment decision practice and governance. He is a regular speaker at CNBC, Bloomberg TV and major Channels. He holds a Master's Degree from Grenoble University in Economics and Institut d’Etudes Politiques and post-graduated in International Finance from the “Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales” in Montreal and professional trainings from INSEAD.
Felix Dücker
Felix has joined Erasmus Capital Partners as consultant & analyst
Felix has successfully completed an International Baccalaureate Degree in Turin and has been working as an intern for the firm and is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in International Law at Maastricht University. Felix is fluent in Italian, English and Dutch.
Felix has been working as an analyst and consultant for hospitality real estate assets in Italy for over two years. He has successfully worked with international and domestic asset owners, institutional investors and families for both sourcing of capital and assets.
Boris Van Eijsden
Boris has joined Erasmus Capital Partners as senior architect.
Born in 1980 in Maastricht, the Netherlands. He studied at the MTS building technology from 1997 and moved on to study at the HTS building technology in Heerlen. At this program he got to know architecture for the first time. After acquiring the bachelor, he continued for his master’s at the Technical University in Eindhoven.In 2008 he acquired his architect title.
After graduating, he worked for architects like Bart Lens and Wiel Arets in Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland. In 2012 the office for architecture was founded under the name Ir Boris van Eijsden. The first assignments were mostly for private clients, for the design of renovations and new houses. In 2016 Jo Knoups architect, situated in Budel, asked to follow up his projects so that Jo Knoups could prepare for his retirement. This was a stepping stone for Boris van Eijsden to expand his passion for architecture for commercial commissioning and project development.
Cruiz Llupa
Cruiz has joined Erasmus Capital Partners as an Associate.
Cruiz has successfully completed an International Baccalaureate Degree in Turin and has been working as an intern for the firm and is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in International Law at Turin University. Cruiz is fluent in Italian, English and Swedish.
